Drumstick of chicken gold cake

Ingredients:

  •     10 x drumstick of chicken
  •     1 chopped onion
  •     2 eggs
  •     1 glass of grated chesse
  •     ½ glass of milk
  •     1 spoon of potato flour
  •     salt, paper, favorite herbs
  •     oil

Way of preparation:

Washed and dried legs of chicken cut in to half.

Ingredients:

  •     1 carrot
  •     1 parsley
  •     250g of chicken breast
  •     125g of natural yoghurtsp
  •     100g of pasta
  •     1 piece of broth bar
  •     1 spoon of lemon juice
  •     herbes provance
  •     salt,  pepper

Way of preparation:

Cook the pasta al dente and take the water out.
Cut the meat in to stripes an hop carrot and parsley Boil 1 liter of water put meat and vegetables inside. Cook fifteen minutes on small fire add one piece of broth and cook for a moment more. Yoghurt spread with some spoons of soup, pour in to the pot with soup and boil. At some lemon juice, herbes provance, salt and pepper.
Put the pasta in to plates pour the soup, at the end sprinkle chopped parsley.


Salat from chicken whit curry

Ingredients:

  •     1 glass of rice
  •     1 piece of chicked brest
  •     1 can of corn
  •     1 small yellow pepper
  •     1 small red pepper
  •     1 smal grean pepper

Sauce from orange and youghart

  •     1 mag of natural yoghurt
  •     2-3 spuns of mayonnaise
  •     1 orange
  •     1 spoon of lemon juice
  •     salt,peper

Way of preparation of sauce:

Mix yoghurt mayonnaise lemon juice and the orange which must be cut, at the end add salt and pepper until you got your favorite taste.

Way of preparation of dish:

Rice ought to be cooked with some salt and cooled chicken breast cook with some vegeta spice and some amount of curry, cool everything and chop in to pieces mix rice with chicken and at corn which is watered out. Kat we paper and add to the salad. Pour the sauce on to dish just before eating.


Stuffed chicken

Ingredients:

  •     1 whole chicken
  •     200 g of minced meat
  •     50g dry bun
  •     2 eggs
  •     1 onion
  •     30g of carrot
  •     40g of margarine
  •     salt, peper, kulin majoram

Way of preparation:

Wash the chicken and dry it exactly. Sprinkle with salt and wipe with kulin majoram.
To minced meat add bun in water or milk, dry the bun before using, cut the eggs and chop the onion and grated carrot. Spice with pepper and salt until your favorite taste.

Chicken in beer

Ingredients:

  •     1 chicken
  •     1 beer in bottle
  •     spices for chicken
  •     sweet pepper
  •     sharp peper
  •     12 – 14 medium potatos
  •     4 not very big onions
  •     1 red peper
  •     1 whole haed of garlic
  •     1 apple

Way of preparation:

Wash the chicken at cut off the neck. After cutting of the neck of chicken we put the bottle of beer in to the middle and wipe the chicken with beer. Next we put the chicken in to the deep metal plate. Next step is to peel the potatoes of, clear the peper and peel garlic and cut the apple in to half. Next we put potatoes fresh apple and pieces of chicken around the bottle . We prepare the chicken in a spiced way.
Put the chicken in to hot oven (to 200 and roast it 65-70 minute until it is soft inside).
